This manager to this hotel is absolutely disgusting and rude... I moved all the way to grande cache from Peterborough Ontario to work. I lived in the back building. She fired me after 7 days from asking her to many questions and had to fly all the way home. Not to mention I brought home bed bugs from the hotel. Her attitude is disgusting she’s not professional as she said words like “nigge*” and other nasty words I do not recommend it!

The room was clean, the service was good and the included breakfast was fine. Grand Cache is a very small town and there are a few other lodging options but this property seemed as good or better than any in town. If I were ever in Grand Cache again I would use this property again.

My friend and I had a room booked saturday evening the front desk girl was very unprofessional and didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. When we came up to the desk she was on her phone, then when we were checking in she answered the hotel phone and had a conversation while she left us standing there waiting to check in. we will not be back to this hotel. The breakfast and the rooms were good. Management should train their staff to handle the guests at the desk first then take phone calls. It was a long drive and i would have loved to get in my room rather than wait for her to get off the phone after 10 minutes

Great stay, affordable. Next time I would love the mountainside view. Convenient location for restaurants, fuel and the information center. I would stay again. We are planning to return.

EXCELLENT service at this hotel! Alicia at front desk checked us in, was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful and patient with all our questions. The room was very clean, cute electric fireplace in our room was a nice surprise. Convenient location & AMAZING view of the mountains that we were able to enjoy from our bed. We requested a late check out time which front desk graciously gave us until 1:00 pm. The room rate includes WiFi, breakfast, water cooler & coffee in the lobby & generous parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Grande Cache, and would stay here again myself.
