My friend and I had a room booked saturday evening the front desk girl was very unprofessional and didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. When we came up to the desk she was on her phone, then when we were checking in she answered the hotel phone and had a conversation while she left us standing there waiting to check in. we will not be back to this hotel. The breakfast and the rooms were good. Management should train their staff to handle the guests at the desk first then take phone calls. It was a long drive and i would have loved to get in my room rather than wait for her to get off the phone after 10 minutes
