Theatre is ok, especially since refurb, and lots of great shows although seats are pretty hard and cramped. However, the booking system is terrible. Once a performance is nearly full you can't book online, you have to ring instead. Phone constantly goes through to answer phone after 5 rings. In desperation you leave a message. They get back to you an hour later, by which time the seats you want have been sold. Oh and if you try and book via your phone it's not much better as the mobile website doesn't work properly - cant log in, can't see which seats are available and can't select or book a seat. Sort it out Marina Theatre, seeing as you are the town's main theatre. Not a very professional setup.
