Feedback:

This past summer I had issues with my DSL connection resetting and speeds around half of what they should be. I emailed Great Plains and did not get a response. In looking on the Internet I seen others with similar issues and they too could get no response, even from the CEO. I emailed the CEO on a Sunday evening and received a response from him first thing Monday morning. A member of his team then contacted me by email and phone and within several days they had ALL of my issues fixed. They have continued to follow up to insure my services are still good. THANK YOU GREAT PLAINS for the excellent service!

Horrible internet. Over priced as hell. Paid 300 dollars in fees I was not informed of. Lived in broken bow Nebraska and paid 70 dollars a month with okay service. Moved 20 miles away and I'm now having to pay 132 a month for some of the worst internet speed and quality Ive ever had. Bad company. Not worth it. Very disappointed and will be referring people to other providers. AGAIN. OVER PRICED AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT DO IT!!
