Bought a dual coffee pot less than a year ago, broke already gave $70. Called company 2x they said they would not do anything about it. So my loss. Never buy coffee pot from them again

worst customer service when you buy on line. Big mistake, there are no returns even if they make a mistake. Never order on line directly from them.

They sell a few coffee makers that leak water and the company knows it BUT still sells them anyway. Here are the product numbers. (47900, 47950, and 47950Z) I feel like you should try to make good products that last more then 2 years. Possibly stop selling the flawed products or try to improve them. Seems like common sense.

Making enquiries with the customer service at Hamilton Beach was frustrating. They wouldn't answer my question and kept avoiding the question and giving me reasons for doing so that simply amounted to that they thought that it was a dumb and irrelevant question even though they clearly didn't understand my motive for asking.They could have so easily answered the simple question about the product I purchased and ended the back and forth emails.The product that was purchased turned out to be pretty low quality for the price paid while it was working and then it broke prematurely and started electrocuting us while using it. The amount we would have paid for shipping, et cetera to have had the warranty fulfilled made it not worth the hassle of dealing with it.
