Horrible customer serviceOur insurance rented a car for us through them because another driver hit our car. After the repairs, there were some small misc. charges that we should not have been charged. These have still not been refunded. They supposedly credited our card 3 months later, but it is still not showing up on our statement after 4 months. Hertz thinks it is our problem to track it although I arranged for them to get the statement that clearly shows no credit from them. I have wasted too much time over this, and plan to report them to CA Consumer Protection agency.
