Clean water flows through my pipes everyday. When my bill is due, I pay it and clean water continues to flow through my pipes everyday. There seem to be some people confused by this process leaving bad reviews. Weird.Like, if for some reason my paper bill didn't arrive, I would not assume I didn't owe anything. I would say to myself "Self, did you use water this month? Why yes, Self, yes I did use water this month. That means I probably owe money." And then I'd be a grown up and check on-line, call in, or go to the brick and mortar building and find out what I owed and pay it. Before the due date. Which can easily be ascertained by reviewing prior bills.Life hack - if you make a habit of paying your bills at least a week before your due date, then you have time to deal with any issues that may crop up. Also, if you're out of town I'm pretty certain the bill is still payable over the phone or on-line.Sorry to rant, just don't really see from the evidence presented here how these problems are their fault.
