If i could rate this agency lower i would, zero customer care, no on call personal reachable during weekends. They don't return phone calls or emails. I've worked for 3 water agencies before and this is by far the worst one. ill be attending the next board meeting to give them a piece of my mind. I got a notice in the mail for the 8th of April and they locked me off on the 23 of march 2 weeks early. I tried to call, no answer, i wrote an email, no answer, i work on base and get off at 430 they close at 5 and they won't talk to me i don't know what i can do. Worst agency ever, and this is my first bill I've missed due to being out of state.
