Don't call your your insurance company, Call Hillis first. Hiring a public adjuster is like having a lawyer on your side. Lou at Hillis is obviously an expert at claims and Bob Hillis the owner is the best.We had a bad wastewater pipe leak that caused our basement to flood with sewer water. The water destroyed walls and most items stored down there. Not only that, but the leaky pipe was buried behind the wall, behind our kitchen cabinets and counter tops. It was a very complex claim. I'm glad we had Hillis on our side. They hired remediation right away to clean up the damage and guided the claims process every step of the way.It took several months but in the end we got a very good payout, money we really needed to fix our basement and kitchen.Hillis are the pros at this. I wouldn't trust anyone else when disaster strikes.

I was referred to Hillis Adjustment Agency through a relative . Owner Bob Hillis met me at my home dressed as sharp and profession as he does business . It was evident within a few minutes that his company is a superior agency in assisting home owners with there concerns and needs for their specific claims . Bob did not rush out my house . I almost had to ask him to leave,, he stayed long going over every detail with a fine tooth comb , explaining in verbatim and most importantly ,educating me and uncovering issues that existed from damage that my wife and I did not even see. Bob is a gentlemen and his family and team worked on my claim with excellent communications along each step of the way , easing any anxieties that a customer might potentially have during a stressful time of loss to the property . Hillis Adjusters, specifically Lou Wein as my adjuster, provided exceptional service during a very tumultuous string of events. He was able to take a large chunk off my plate and even though i consider myself someone who takes care of things on my own, i have to admit that i would not have received the results Hillis and Lou gave me without their professional insight and experience. Hillis was kind, but aggressive in ensuring my claim was handled fairly and properly by my insurance company. Highly recommend, the entire staff communicated effectively and treated me with respect every conversation i had.

Bob and his team were terrific! Great explanation and communication of how my claim process would be handled. First time making a claim in the last 20 years and had no idea how things would proceed. They handled everything in a timely and efficient manner all along the way. VERY happy with the end result and would highly recommend, they ROCK! Be sure to call them FIRST, BEFORE you call your insurance company to make a claim. They act on your behalf and handle EVERYTHING!
