I was referred to Hillis Adjustment Agency through a relative . Owner Bob Hillis met me at my home dressed as sharp and profession as he does business . It was evident within a few minutes that his company is a superior agency in assisting home owners with there concerns and needs for their specific claims . Bob did not rush out my house . I almost had to ask him to leave,, he stayed long going over every detail with a fine tooth comb , explaining in verbatim and most importantly ,educating me and uncovering issues that existed from damage that my wife and I did not even see. Bob is a gentlemen and his family and team worked on my claim with excellent communications along each step of the way , easing any anxieties that a customer might potentially have during a stressful time of loss to the property .
