The hotel has fantastic view and the lagoon beach is very clean, but the service is far below 5-stars. We booked a room for 4 but only 3 sets of towels were provided. Getting drinking water here is a tough task. No bottle water provided in the room and nothing you can use to boil water there. The only water fountain in the whole Hilton Waikoloa Village is in the main lobby. Imagine walking 25 minutes just to get drinking water! Solving the problem by buying water from the hotel? The fridge is empty and the only vending machine in the Palace Tower isn’t working! And room services charges you $5 dollar per bottle of water plus $10 process fee with 22% gratitude. Btw, the so called “Free WiFi” sucks!
