So far so good, I think they could do a little better with the housekeeping. My mother is homebound so her caregiver goes shopping for her and does a great job. The caregiver is also very attentive to my mothers needs. The office staff is always very professional. ?

We had nothing but problems with this company and the final straw was when the last of many “caregivers” they sent was extremely rude. The management is also insensitive to client needs... it’s no wonder the turnover is so high. I lost count of how many people I was told had quit.

Recently, we called on Home Instead for sitters when my sister, mama’s daughter died. Mama had taken a serious fall and could not walk well. God bless the ladies who stayed with Mama during the nights when we could not be there. Home Instead found us sitters at the very last minute who were excellent caregivers through those early grief stricken days. Thank you so much for your love and expertise Home Instead.

I enjoy the atmosphere and the professionalism that is presented whenever I speak with anyone from the office. I like the fact that the best attempt is made to work within your availability and restrictions of your schedule without it costing the company an issue. I also like the fact that you are made to feel appreciated for the work you do and that you are told this from time to time. Every employee wants to feel needed and appreciated and it's nice to be told and shown this as well.

The absolute worst experience you can imagine. Things were not done as we were told when we signed up. One time, a care giver did not even show up as scheduled, nor did anyone let me know this by calling me. I asked for someone with particular skills and was not given that either, although was promised that is what I would get. I asked to have manager call me on several occasions when problems came up, several weeks later I still have not received that phone call, I did however receive the bills. I finally called and spoke to the owner who was extremely defensive and would not even listen to what happened from my perspective. Extremely disappointing and extremely unprofessional experience at a time we needed someone most. I highly recommend NOT using this company!
