A very disappointing experience. I stood there in the last 2 weeks but I would not go there again. Very nice and polite receptionists, close to train station and ... that is all. There is nothing else good about this hotel. Breakfast is terrible and extremely limited, except coffee / tea the rest of food is very cold, rooms and furniture are very old, sink is broken, electricity is working poorly and if a light bulb is broken it is not replaced. WiFi is poor and unusable because it stops every 2-3 minutes. There are neither a minibar nor a safe in the room. I went in a business trip, the hotel costed over 1100 EUR and in 2 weeks they didn't offer any toiletry or complementary products. I bought myself a shoe shiner with 1.30 EUR from the market. 95% of the persons I saw during week days were employees of the companies around the hotel. If you charge over 110 EUR a day and you do not offer a simple shoe shiner then there is nothing more to say.I returned with a severe cold and breathing problems because the only way you can heat the room is by turning on the air conditioner and that brings in the room a lot of air smelling very bad. Eventually you open the window to breathe properly and all the cold air from outside enters in the room. So you practically resolve nothing because in the end there is still cold air in the room.My very first experience with them was very poor. I called them 1 day before arrival to ask if it is possible to make an early check in and they said that it is possible only if I pay 20 EUR more. I say that I do not pay but I want to check in at precisely 12:00. They said no, 12:00 is too early. So practically if you pay 20 EUR they can do an early check in before 12:00, without any payment, later in the afternoon like me at 17:30 although you start paying for a room available from 12:00. Just choose another hotel if you want a better experience in Paris or if you simply want to focus at your work, like me, not at all the inconvenient situation due to the hotel.

J’ai fait remarquer à 20 heures qu’il n y avait pas de papier WC, que la lampe de salle de bain ne marchait pas et que la bonde de vasque était bloqué. Après mon repas vers 23h30 rien n’avait été réglé. J’ai du redescendre chercher moi même du papier WC.

Arrived to the hotel, booked in for 3 nights, the staff was friendly, beds were comfortable and the food was okay, was clean. Part from the leak being a problem and should of been fixed or at least not have the room where it could be used as me and my friends where given a family room that needed repairing from the ceiling and made the carpet badly damp and dangerous as we all kept tripping and one of us nearly fell down. And then there was one night we had gone out for the night AND when we came back the Receptionist had picked our room to sleep in for the night wheb he had arrived at the hotel completely drunk and had taken the spare key to our room from the desk which is so wrong in many ways specially when he doesn't have far to go to his own home! As you can imagine we was all fuming and very annoyed that this had been allowed in the first place and I have you know this ruined our last day where we felt we couldn't sleep before check out at 12 and had to have his family to get him out of the room as he was not in a fit state should be ashamed of himself and his name was Adan!!! We arrived on 9th August and left on the 12th August 2019
