We stayed three nights at hotel Lac Brome. The hotel is beautifully located at the lake and we enjoyed the peaceful nature. However, we also experienced several inconveniences during our stay:Restaurant: When we checked in, we were informed that the Restaurant would be closed on Monday and Tuesday. This was not on the website, only the closure of Mondays. We arrived on Sunday evening after a very long drive and when we entered the Restaurant we were told that the Restaurant was full for the evening. Hotel guests should not be refused for the Restaurant. The manager could suggest to sit at the bar or even to prepare something to take up to the room. There should always be a possibility to accommodate the guests. Room: the alarm clock in our room did not work; in the drawer of the nightstand was a booklet with instructions for use for another model. The Keurig coffeemaker did not function on the last morning of our stay. It kept telling us, that we should place a cup, while a cup was already placed. We ruined 3 cups (among which two of our own).
