I read all of the positive reviews and was very anxious to work with Image360. As expected, Angela was very nice when I first spoke to her on the phone. But when the time came for our appointment no one showed up at our company nor called or e-mailed to cancel or reschedule. She claims she did, but I find it hard to believe that neither the e-mail nor the phone number worked as I did not even have a missed call or voicemail. This situation was very unprofessionally handled in my opinion, and I just wanted to let others know of my experience.UPDATE: I thank you for your reply, Angela, and I do understand mistakes and family emergencies (dogs are family for sure!). I wish you and your business all the best.

We have used Image 360 for our decals at work and have been very satisfied with the product quality and service. Angela and her team are very quick to respond and production time is usually pretty quick. They have made our large decals for our doors as well as our sign for the office monument. We will continue to use them in the future and would definitely recommend them to others.

I think I first found out about Image 360 by using a Google search and they did a sign that created brand name in our office. I am very happy with the results and will use them again and gladly recommend them to others.

Angela is just really on top of everything. She is very thorough and if you call back and say that’s not exactly what I wanted, she says “OK, we’ll work with you until we get it right.” I feel like they listen and they make sure that you’re getting what you wanted. They’ve done name tags for me and all my employees and signs and information for my store windows. We get stickers, silhouettes, our company logo, our numbers and all that, signage that sticks to vehicles, vehicle trader wraps—other different things. Image 360 makes our company look more professional.
