I read all of the positive reviews and was very anxious to work with Image360. As expected, Angela was very nice when I first spoke to her on the phone. But when the time came for our appointment no one showed up at our company nor called or e-mailed to cancel or reschedule. She claims she did, but I find it hard to believe that neither the e-mail nor the phone number worked as I did not even have a missed call or voicemail. This situation was very unprofessionally handled in my opinion, and I just wanted to let others know of my experience.UPDATE: I thank you for your reply, Angela, and I do understand mistakes and family emergencies (dogs are family for sure!). I wish you and your business all the best.
