The sono bello floor has contacted HR numerous times with complaints all on behalf of the operations manager Gianny. There’s numerous problems from people not getting incentives they won from months ago , hours not being put in properly from day 1 , some people don’t get their correct overtime pay , some people are just owed their regular hours and some people are owed holiday hours. Gianny never have a direct answer for anything he just tells us something to our face while everything remains the same. The same system that messes up our hours and Gianny have knowledge Off is the same system he’s using even with proof Gianny doesn’t make changes. He’s getting paid so why would he care about make sure his employees get paid. We have business needs but he’s approving people hours for one week who doesn’t have all the pto when some people can’t even get 2 days and actually have the PTO. There’s was actually an issue with pto Hours not being in the system properly. Not only that but for every single mistake Gianny has done has negatively affected every single one his employees on the floor and nothing has changed AT ALL. Peoples jobs are at risk and you guys are doing nothing about it , people are owed money and you guys are doing nothing about it. We have to snap at Gianny almost every week. You need to make a change. The next time we have hours missing or not paid for the hours that we work, We will be contacting a labor lawyer to bring a lawsuit to Inktel and its crazy the ridiculous amount of proof we have from emails to screenshots to text messages and not only that but word of mouth from multiple employees. It’s not fair for YOUR employees to have to deal with a manger who can’t do his job

I went to an interview at 2 different locations in March. Everything was great. The interview went well. Then nothing, no call or email telling me that I didn't get the job. Just nothing, still waiting for a response.

Very unprofessional , where do I start? They have supervisors that don't wanna help their CSR's , they don't fix your time, the computers ar always down, not enough seats so you have to stand and wait around causing you to sign in late and not get paid correctly, supervisors have no control over the pods it's always loud and customers complain about the background conversations that are unprofessional . The dress code is not strictly enforced for men or women. Not to forget some of the Floor support and supervisor's have sexual relations with the CSR's and show favoritism. A friend of mine was having sex with a supervisor and a few other women was having sex with him as well. The whole place is just unprofessional.

Its not a bad place to work. Dont listen to people mad they dont work here anymore. Yes the pay could be better but its a way to increase it every month just by doing your job well. If your not lazy and have ambition this job will be fine for you.

This is the worst conpany to work for i advice if you're looking for a call center job font go to them!!! I gave my two weeks noticed just in case if i need to go back to them i applied for the miramar location to find out they put me on the do not hire list this company is garbage and I wouldnt reccomend anybody to apply for them they dont even deserve 1 star garbage company

WORST company one could work for. Under paid, un resourceful, sups don't take sup calls, unrealistic dress code, no good food in the area, 30 min lunch barely utilized, they'll let you get robbed or assaulted and try to play the blame game. You will go no wear fast, no room for advancement, unrealistic rules & expectations, under pay. they don't like to pay you out your PTO. When you work overtime when it's offered it's always a hassle making sure all your funds get to you. Outside of a player you will NEVER have a pay increase.
