Ive had insure one at this location for about 5 years and now that they have changed to freeway insurance the quality of buisness and cusomer service has gone out the window. I have showed up 3 seperate times to try and lay my insurance and either they are closed or someone should be inside when in fact the doors are locked. Makes me want to change insurance companies. You guys completely suck now

I have been with Insure One for about 1 year now and I couldn't be happier. I also wanted to share what a gem you have in Marisol. She is a consummate professional and so easy to work with. I know that if I ever have any questions about my coverage, billing, or concerns, I can count on my agent to help me every time. I would never go anywhere else for my car insurance needs.

This is a great place to get quotes on car insurance. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure that the customer has had a the best service.there is a lot that I can say about the service but I am not trying to write a book just see for yourself.

I attempted to pay my nephew's insurance but was ONCE AGAIN met with a lobby full of customers and only ONE AGENT!!! This company sure does test your patience! We all have a life and things to do than wait to make a simple **bleep** payment! You're worse over the phone, but I know it's not the local branch we're talking to, and your online payment option blows! It doesn't work!!! Don't bother going to Woodstock because they're even worse there with the agent Krystal who's rude, always eating (put your food away when with customers), and looks like she doesn't bathe! How this company stays in business is beyond comprehension! My family and I used to have a great experience here, but your service continues to crumble!

I can't post a zero star review? I just paid in full a new 6 month policy for my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that was easy!... But what's this? You guys recorded my vin number wrong? You insured me on a 2004 Jeep I don't own? When I told you it was a 2000 and not a 2004? Ok no problem, let's fix this, wait a $17 change of policy and $96 dollars more for extra insurance? Oh and the past 6 months I was insured on a 2004 Jeep I don't own... Now your telling me we can't change my policy and it's going to take over a month to receive a refund for this recent policy and you won't even consider refunding my previous policy on not my car? Also you hung up on me twice and told me your recordings don't exist.... I implore everyone to avoid this awful company at all costs!
