I attempted to pay my nephew's insurance but was ONCE AGAIN met with a lobby full of customers and only ONE AGENT!!! This company sure does test your patience! We all have a life and things to do than wait to make a simple **bleep** payment! You're worse over the phone, but I know it's not the local branch we're talking to, and your online payment option blows! It doesn't work!!! Don't bother going to Woodstock because they're even worse there with the agent Krystal who's rude, always eating (put your food away when with customers), and looks like she doesn't bathe! How this company stays in business is beyond comprehension! My family and I used to have a great experience here, but your service continues to crumble!
