Shonda was wonderful. I highly recommend her. For several days I couldn't decide where to go. It seems at least a couple of times a day at least I would either call or text her a different scenario.. different departure dates.. room with or without an ocean view...etc. She always got back to me quickly with a price. Thanks to her I ended up getting a deal where I got 7 days for even cheaper than my original plan of staying 6. I will definitely be using her next time. Good job Shonda! ( She even checked up on me at the airport to make sure everything was going good ... and wanted to hear of my experience so she would know whether to recommend the resort to other travellers)

A wonderful experience! Shonda was quick to respond to any questions I had in planning our trip. She knew what questions to ask me to kick start the planning of our first family vacation. Then just a week before our trip she added shuttle service for us quickly and without any problems. Our trip went without any issues as Shonda did a great job of preparing everything so well for us! I will be seeking her help each year!

Shonda is the best!! My boyfriend and I wanted to go to the beach for vacation and she helped us find the best place for us within the budget we set! She planned our vacation to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and it was everything we could have asked for! Our travel itinerary that she sent to us a few weeks before departure had everything we needed to know. She made sure that all the questions we would have were answered before we had to ask them! Thank you, Shonda, for all your help and we will definitely be coming back to you for any future trips!

My husband and I wanted to go on a stress free vacation to celebrate a long overdue honeymoon. So, I decided to use a travel agent and I'm sure glad I found Shonda! I told her the characteristics we wanted in our trip and she made some suggestions. She wasn't pushy and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. She came up with a plan to fit our budget and it had all of the things we wanted, plus she surprised us with an upgrade. She put together a package that included our itinerary and notes for the trip. We had a wonderful time and will be using IntelliJaunt for all our future trips.

I planned a surprise trip for my husband’s 40th birthday to Europe, and as it was my first time booking travel to Europe, I wanted to go with an agent who could take what little ideas I had and help me navigate. Shonda at IntelliJaunt TOTALLY nailed it. I worked with her for a couple of months to make sure we had the right destinations, dates, budget, etc. She was SO flexible when the total amount was too much for my budget; she didn’t make me feel like I was being too picky or difficult. It was great to know she wanted the best experience for my husband and me. I never felt pressured to select anything I didn’t want.As the trip got closer, we had a change to the hotel we wanted and Shonda made sure we got what we wanted, even if we had to use a different vendor to coordinate the hotel. Every single time I emailed her, she responded right away – at most a day’s time between my email and hers. I asked a million questions, probably many of them repeatedly, and she was always so nice at answering. I’m somewhat of a traveling novice so I felt stupid asking some of the questions I did – she never made me feel that way, though. We worked together on this almost entirely via email, with a couple of phone calls for payment. I chose IntelliJaunt partially because it was in Rockwall, which is close to my home. However, no matter where you’re at in the DFW area, you too can work with Shonda – great communication the whole time.Once our trip was upon us, she kept me updated with flight info and seat reservations, literally up until the moment of departure. I had her number with me the whole time just in case, but I never needed it. I presented all of the paid-in-full info to the hotels and everything went smoothly. There was no panic at check-in, no surprise charges. In fact, one of our hotels had breakfast as an added expense for most reservations, but when we checked with the front desk about our particular reservation, it had been included at the time of booking! So literally NO surprise charges on anything. Several times during our trip, my husband and I said “Thank you, Shonda!” out loud to one another for setting us up very well and in good hotels close to everything. I cannot imagine the experience going any better than it did. Going forward, I’ll be reaching out to Shonda for any other trips we take. IntelliJaunt is truly the way to go!!!

Shonda did a wonderful job helping us plan our first ever vacation without kids. Her patience and understanding about the specifics (where to go, when to go, how to get there) kept us focused. Now we are looking forward to a July visit to Jamaica--the weeks can't go quickly enough! Anyone who wants to take the stress out of vacation planning would love Shonda and her professionalism.
