Hello,Just wanted to take a few seconds and provide feedback from my first experience working with iPromo. I had a last-minute request and Account Manager Alex Lovera provided excellent customer service and ensured that my order would be delivered in time for my company's event. There were a few panic attacks here and there, but he was patient and stayed positive. Please let him know that his service didn't go unnoticed and that my team and I are very happy we chose iPromo and we'll be ordering from there again.
