Advertises price matching. DOES NOT PRICE MATCH. (FIXED)EDIT: After my initial review I was contacted by the Sales Manager to discuss the situation. They did in fact match and beat the price I submitted. Exceptional service and follow up earned our business.

Loved working with iPromo. We did have one issue with the manufacturing plant (not iPromo) but iPromo owned it and literally shipped the pop sockets across the country in less than 14 hours in time for our event! Would definitely do business with again and would encourage anyone to work with them!

Product looks really amazing and I'm impressed with the quality of the lighting/usb drive. My drive gigabyte was also updated to a much larger size free of charge without any complications. Communication between them was always prompt polite and to the point. Just know I will be working with them in the future.

Thanks iPromo and especially Michael Engle. You guys have always treated me so well. I have been ordering flash drives for many years from you folks as a way to share SMARTboard lessons with teachers. After retirement I stopped doing the conferences and trainings. I had been asked to present a a conference and I wanted to order some flash drives for the participants. Since I had not ordered drives in over two years I hit the internet to get the best deals. I was not at all surprised that iPromo not only gave me the best deal but the attention to detail that Michael Engle gave me was outstanding. He made great suggestions for the layout and gave me price options on various size of flash drives. After we decided on color, printing on front and back, and memory size he sent me an updated quote and a detailed proof of my flash drives. Thanks so much for your great customer service.Harvey
