It's hard to find honest people these days, but I had the pleasure of encountering Ashley at Jack Russell Insurance today. Not only was she professional, personable, and efficient, she was completely and totally honest about the rates she quoted me. Even though I had found lower rates elsewhere, she didn't knock them or try to pursuade a sale, she recommended me to them and even went so far as to offer advice regarding my ongoing finance process. I am grateful to have spoken with Ashley and HIGHLY recommend her for your insurance needs. Thanks again Ashley, keep up the awesomeness and take care.

I have to say this is the best insurance agency you can ever have!!!! I got to the office it was a note outside the door along with her cell number that they had to close for emergency to please call the number. When I had called Ms Ashley was allllllllllll the way in Griffin and this was 3:57 P.m. she had to take her mom to the hospital well guess what ma Ashley did sweetest person ever she drove all the way from Griffin just to start my insurance for me so I won't have no pro Lem with the car dealer ship please give her a call she is very very very professional and will go above and beyond just so you can be happy Thank you Ms Ashley for coming all the way from Griffin back tk the office to make sure I am good thank you

Have had this agency take care of my insurance needs for at least 20 years. Lynn first signed my policy. Ashley has since taken over. I never cease to be amazed at the prompt, competent, pleasant service I receive. Ashley knows my name when I call and is always helpful. We moved 11 years ago over an hour away. Ashley is still my girl!! I have also referred her and had the same comments from those who have used her. Awesome agent! Thanks so much Ashley!
