Not only was she professional, personable, and efficient, she was completely and totally honest about the rates she quoted me. Even though I had found lower rates elsewhere, she didn't knock them or try to pursuade a sale, she recommended me to them and even went so far as to offer advice regarding my ongoing finance process.
