If I could rate a zero that would better reflect my opinion. Several major errors have been made in my policy including listing my children as the principal drivers of my vehicles and failing to bind a new auto policy when I was in the office to add a vehicle to my policy. Three weeks after adding the vehicle, I called to ask why I hadn't received policy documents. Making my children the primary drivers increased my rate exponentially. I only noticed upon renewal as the way the documents look, it appeared that my husband and I were the primary policy holders and therefore should also be the primary drivers. On 5/23/19 O requested a call from James Raynor and as of the writing of the review, I have not heard from him.
