I never really write reviews. I wanted to write one about James Raynor State Farm. I just switched to them for auto and home insurance. My previous insurer really treated me poorly and always raised my rates. The people in the office were so friendly and welcoming. They answered all of my questions. I feel like the people in James' office really care and their rates are outstanding. I won't be shopping for insurance again.

I've worked with the Raynor agency for a couple of years and they are a great team. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable on all things insurance. Highly recommend!

RIP OFF ALERT... from a loyal client for 16-35 years of age. Agent kept raising rate 20% or more a year with no accidents saying he was doing the best he could. Come to find out, I am now saving $212/month with Progressive. The agent then did not cancel my policy until 4 months later and will not return the money he clearly stole. Very sad that after nearly 20 years an agent like him is representing the company. Great company, terrible office. Stay clear.

If I could rate a zero that would better reflect my opinion. Several major errors have been made in my policy including listing my children as the principal drivers of my vehicles and failing to bind a new auto policy when I was in the office to add a vehicle to my policy. Three weeks after adding the vehicle, I called to ask why I hadn't received policy documents. Making my children the primary drivers increased my rate exponentially. I only noticed upon renewal as the way the documents look, it appeared that my husband and I were the primary policy holders and therefore should also be the primary drivers. On 5/23/19 O requested a call from James Raynor and as of the writing of the review, I have not heard from him.

Awesome staff and agent everyone is so helpful!! They were very knowledgeable and explained anything I didn’t understand. They were not pushy like most sales people, and I left feeling well informed and that I made the right choice by choosing this office.
