RIP OFF ALERT... from a loyal client for 16-35 years of age. Agent kept raising rate 20% or more a year with no accidents saying he was doing the best he could. Come to find out, I am now saving $212/month with Progressive. The agent then did not cancel my policy until 4 months later and will not return the money he clearly stole. Very sad that after nearly 20 years an agent like him is representing the company. Great company, terrible office. Stay clear.
