I can not say enough positive things about Jen Chapman Creative. From day one she helped take our vision for our new business and created a superb package that included web design, logo design, and marketing. We were so pleased with the work we even had her create a website and marketing materials for another business we own. She is patient, prompt with deadlines, and definitely a great person to do business with. I recommend her- 10 stars!

Jen Chapman is a consummate professional and extremely creative. Hired her recently to do a 16-page catalog brochure with zero lead time and she took the project with enthusiasm. I missed every single deadline and gave her 34 pages of information and graphics which she turned into a thoughtful, concise and beautifully designed work of art. It’s a delicate balance for Jen to work with non-creatives like myself to carefully guide the process between my thinking I know what I want and her knowing exactly what I need. There were many holes in the graphics and Jen sourced the images I needed to get to the finish line on time and on budget. Jen has earned my business and I am delighted to have found Jen Chapman Creative as my graphic design and marketing resource.

She responds in a timely fashion, she knows her stuff, and most importantly, she delivers what she promises. We are delighted with our new website, and how well it functions. Jen is the real deal - I highly recommend her.

I love my website, and I loved working with Jen to realize my ideas for it! Specifically, she helped me find a template that I liked, showed me when I needed to revise my old website's info to fit the new structure (and when to write new text), endured several rounds of my revising that work, promptly addressed my list of things to change/fix, and showed me how to edit the site myself going forward. Honestly, I was not the ideal client: I was sometimes slow to discern what I wanted, various family crises slowed me down further, and I kept seeing things to tweak. But throughout, Jen was patient, clear, responsive, creative, professional, and kind. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
