Jen Chapman is a consummate professional and extremely creative. Hired her recently to do a 16-page catalog brochure with zero lead time and she took the project with enthusiasm. I missed every single deadline and gave her 34 pages of information and graphics which she turned into a thoughtful, concise and beautifully designed work of art. It’s a delicate balance for Jen to work with non-creatives like myself to carefully guide the process between my thinking I know what I want and her knowing exactly what I need. There were many holes in the graphics and Jen sourced the images I needed to get to the finish line on time and on budget.
