Customer service here is poor, several complaints with workers not answering phone and responding to customers issues regarding payments and account info. My wife have called all week to make payment to her account and have been totally ignored on several occassions stating there is only one person who process payments by the name of Ms. Kathy. I've never heard of such a thing from any Carrier that it's only one person who can process payments. Also this office put a block on her account to not allow her to make payment through customer service. Service rep tried reaching out to have them remove what ever they had blocking payment option but know one answered phone on several attempts. It seems as if this agency profile customers of certain backgrounds. Will deffinately consider a different carrier moving forward.
