Great Counselors, who geuinely care about there clients?

Feedback:

Alissa is wonderful, however im extremely disappointed and frustrated to have been dropped by the practice without warning due to canceled appointments.

My husband and I are having a good experience with the counseling . Robert listens and truly cares to help.. He is firm when he needs to and has the client best interest at hand. We would highly recommend!

It was my first time trying counseling and when I was finally able to get an appointment (which seemed almost impossible because they’re always jammed) I got there 2 minutes before my appointment and the receptionist (which was a lady) was very rude and told me I would have to reschedule my appointment because I didn’t have the paperwork for the insurance already filled out.

Very disappointing by the lack of professionalism in how the front desk interacted with me when calling to inquire about services. Poor reflection of the overall practice.

Rich is an excellent counselor, highly recommend him. However, be sure to make the staff up front double check that your appointment is set. There have been two occasions now where I have scheduled appointments and showed up at the scheduled time only to be told that they didn't have my appointment in the computer, and was made to reschedule.

Feedback:

The counseling session was average. But they were very unhelpful in regards to my insurance. They did not fill out the appropriate paperwork for pre-certification and therefore the $157 I paid them did not go toward my insurance deductible. They also charged me more than the contracted rate for my second visit and then refused to reimburse me the difference. When I spoke with them about both of these issues, they refused to take ownership of their mistake or reimburse me the amount my insurance company says that they owe.
