Where is the ZERO star option when you need it? My policy was always paid in full and up to date and now that I have cancelled I am still receiving a bill. Not one person at customer service or from the office will answer why I have a bill or will send me notice that it is a mistake. An absolute joke of an insurance agency and it is no wonder since leaving that I am saving $450.00/year now with much better service elsewhere. An automated machine gives better service than I ever received while being a member at this place. Shop around and don't be fooled like I was.

Joe is very personable and caring. He helped me get all of the discounts I could get for my auto policy. His office is super close and I can call with any questions! I referred my mom and she saved OVER 800 per year!! My sister came over to State Farm too and saved 300$ and I refinanced her car loan saving her even more..! I didn't know State farm had a Bank and all of the products they have but the girls in the office let me know and are on top of their game!

Joe Billetz has been my insurance agent for 10 ten years now and has always provided me with excellent service and advice. He was there helping me every step of the way after a house fire. Joe and his entire staff go above and beyond to welcome you and treat you as if you are their neighbor. Highly recommend!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...... WANTED TO SWITCH AGENTS DUE TO MOVING FARTHER AWAY AND JOE AND STAFF REFUSED TO HELP, WAS UPSET FOR ME LEAVING THAT HE MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SWITCH. DUE TO ALL THE HASSLE AND UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP I LOST A $50,000 CONTRACT FOR JOE BILLITZ NOT PROVIDING CONTRACTOR INSURANCE IN DUE TIME. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND STILL JOE REFUSES TO SIGN OFF ON APPROVAL TO SWITCH AGENTS . MY FAMILY AND INCOME RELIED ON THAT CONTRACT. I HAD NOTHING AGAINST JOE AND STAFF OTHER THEN LACK OF RETURN PHONE CALLS, NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS AND NON COMPLIANCE OF CONTRACT.....THERE ARE PLENTY OF STATE FARM AGENTS AROUND THE BROOK PARK AREA THAT CAN AND WILL ASSIST YOU IN A MORE PROFESSIONAL MANNER......... VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HURTING INCOME .
