Where is the ZERO star option when you need it? My policy was always paid in full and up to date and now that I have cancelled I am still receiving a bill. Not one person at customer service or from the office will answer why I have a bill or will send me notice that it is a mistake. An absolute joke of an insurance agency and it is no wonder since leaving that I am saving $450.00/year now with much better service elsewhere. An automated machine gives better service than I ever received while being a member at this place. Shop around and don't be fooled like I was.
