After only one encounter with the "fly by night" insurance company of the person who hit my car, I called my State Farm office. Vanessa immediately jumped on it and State Farm took care of the repairs and rent car. Vanessa emailed me almost everyday to let me know the progress of my case. If I did know better, I would have thought I was her only client. Actually, she spoiled me rotten during this process. We have had State Farm insurance for 30 years or so. I will admit that a few times we shopped around for better rates, but we did not want to take a chance on any other insurance being hard to deal with. My experience with Vanessa reminded me that "you get what you pay for." We don't mind paying for the best. If I had not had State Farm and Vanessa by my side, I know my car would have not been repaired properly. I highly recommend Joe Byer's State Farm insurance in Little Elm. First off.....I hate dealing with insurance companies. Most of them just seem to work for themselves. I didn't think this agency was any different. Fortunately, I was wrong about them. These people really do seem to care and do seem to be more on your side than any other insurance agency I have dealt with in the past. My daughter got into an accident, fortunately she was not hurt. But after sending the pics to them, Joe called me to make sure that she was ok and wasn't hurt. Anna and Vanessa are great to work with. They are always following up with anything and everything. They're prices are fair and reasonable with the help of Anna and Vanessa's assistance. Always looking after us and trying to get us the best deal they can. I don't plan on going anywhere else any time soon. Their customer service is worth sticking around for. Amazing people to be representing me and my family.

State Farm has been nothing but the best for me! Being a student driving a 2015 vehicle in a college town is stressful, but State Farm has been there for me every time I've needed them! For example, recently my apartment complex was under construction and I got 2 nails in a tire and Joe Byers and associates were quick to get me assistance and were incredibly kind in the process. Every other situation me or my family has been through has been the same! 5 stars for sure, 10 if I could choose it!

My family moved Texas in July of 2016. After days spent shopping multiple agencies, we found Joe Byers State Farm, not only did they offer the best rates, they gave us top notch service. Jennifer Six took her time explaining every detail of coverage and cost, and patiently waited for us to decide on the policy that was best for us. I highly recommend using this agency for all of your insurance needs.
