First off.....I hate dealing with insurance companies. Most of them just seem to work for themselves. I didn't think this agency was any different. Fortunately, I was wrong about them. These people really do seem to care and do seem to be more on your side than any other insurance agency I have dealt with in the past. My daughter got into an accident, fortunately she was not hurt. But after sending the pics to them, Joe called me to make sure that she was ok and wasn't hurt. Anna and Vanessa are great to work with. They are always following up with anything and everything. They're prices are fair and reasonable with the help of Anna and Vanessa's assistance. Always looking after us and trying to get us the best deal they can. I don't plan on going anywhere else any time soon. Their customer service is worth sticking around for. Amazing people to be representing me and my family.
