Feedback:

Terrible customer service. After several instances of phone tag, my partner left a voicemail with her availability, within their posted office hours, for finishing our transaction. They continued to call her repeatedly in the exact same window of unavailability. After multiple unanswered calls, I was able to get in touch with a representative at this office. I explained the situation, but was told that it's not their responsibility to meet our availability in any way, and that we would have to reach them on their schedule(regardless of how many times we've already attempted to do so.) We will not be continuing our service with State Farm, so long as we have to go through this poorly managed office.
