I Like State Farm as a Company. The Agent (John)can not give you a straight answer. (Dan) is condescending. The other staff is ok at best. Anyone good to work with is now gone. You will not feel like your business is appreciated.Over several years of having this agent not one phone call to review my life situation to see if I have correct coverage.

I would right a zero star if possible. I requested my insurance transferred to them. However, since I was purchasing a home and also requested an insurance binder they decided to wait on the full transfer until after my home was purchased and failed to tell me this. So now I stuck with my current provider and they will not get my business or the extra money from my home purchase. Great job you lost a long term customer... and your perfect 5 star with two reviews.

If you are looking for one place to help with your insurance and financial needs this is it. John and his staff of extremely personal, knowledgeable and very supportive. They take the time to understand my needs and find solutions that work for me. If you are looking for an agent who is really looking out for you, this is it. I would highly recommend him!
