I would right a zero star if possible. I requested my insurance transferred to them. However, since I was purchasing a home and also requested an insurance binder they decided to wait on the full transfer until after my home was purchased and failed to tell me this. So now I stuck with my current provider and they will not get my business or the extra money from my home purchase. Great job you lost a long term customer... and your perfect 5 star with two reviews.
