The only reason I have service through this company is because of where I live. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I heard negative things before moving out to where I live. Sure enough, rumors are correct.

Worst utility company out there. They overcharge for service and sometimes they claim you use 30k something gallons of water for 2 people and charge over 200 dollars.

Overly priced water you can't even drink, I have seen numerous warnings over past 10 years of e coloi not to drink water. Only reason I go through Johnson UTILITIES is because I have to due to where I live.

Wow I'm shocked at all the terrible reviews, and I mean all of them. Few are positive. I moved out to San tan valley in December, and honestly, I haven't had any problems with this company. But come to think of it, the water really does taste bad, and I guess it's because of the company? I have a water purifier, but I can taste the difference from my work in Mesa and home here. Hmmm.. I'll keep this updated.

Worst water co. i've ever had in 7 states. The water itself is distasteful, very hard, barely potable. Water pressure is super low ( regardless of time of day). Much better water pressure & co. response in Queen Creek Mesa Gilbert & other communities nearby. Cost here deserves much better service. One star is too high!

Moved to the area a month ago. Everyone warned of Johnson Utilities but I assumed since they were being “helped along” to meet quality requirements that they were probably functioning ok now. Well I was wrong. I’ve received 2 pieces of mail from this company. One piece was my first bill which I paid in full. The second was a disconnect notice. When I looked in my online account I couldn’t make sense of it. I called “customer service” and they were also unable to make sense of it. Although they told me it was in fact due I asked what the amount was for a number of times and the agent was unable to explain it. I paid it to avoid disconnect but I still don’t know what it was for. I know you have no choice on using this subpar provider but beware anyway.

This is probably the worst company I have ever seen. We pay big bucks every single month for low water pressure and no water. Just now, I had to get out of the shower with Shampoo still in my hair because there is no water to rinse it out. It's going to be a great day.Any complaints go unanswered. I've left messages and no one calls me back. This is reprehensible. I thought it would get better with epcot handling operations but it has not.
