Client Review on Johnson Utilities

Moved to the area a month ago. Everyone warned of Johnson Utilities but I assumed since they were being “helped along” to meet quality requirements that they were probably functioning ok now. Well I was wrong. I’ve received 2 pieces of mail from this company. One piece was my first bill which I paid in full. The second was a disconnect notice. When I looked in my online account I couldn’t make sense of it. I called “customer service” and they were also unable to make sense of it. Although they told me it was in fact due I asked what the amount was for a number of times and the agent was unable to explain it. I paid it to avoid disconnect but I still don’t know what it was for. I know you have no choice on using this subpar provider but beware anyway.
