Morgan Stillwell (Keller Williams agent) helped us buy our first home, and we would work with him again in a heartbeat. We were on a tight schedule, and Morgan was there for us every step of the way. Literally. He was there at the beginning, explaining what to do before we had even contacted any banks. He took the time to get to know us and truly understand what we were looking for, while respectfully offering suggestions along the way -- the best example was when he encouraged us to see a home we had completely written off after viewing online... and we absolutely loved it in person. He was there on evenings, weekends, and even the holidays, ready to look at homes on very short notice (we saw 23 total), and efficiently crunching out necessary paperwork at all hours of the day and night.
