This "real estate agency" is nothing but a scam. Do not believe the other reviews. They are Scammers! Beware of this company. They like to consistently solicit phone calls saying they have a buyer for a property that you own. They are just trying to collect personal information and steal your identity.

I love this office. We're like a big family. Steve Gaskins, the principal broker, has a heart of gold and is never too busy for anyone. The support of leadership and fellow-agents is like no other.

The support offered here is unlike anything I’ve ever had. You have to just be here to believe how good the leadership team is. They care about their agents and it shows each and every day! The vibe here is positive and uplifting and agents help each other freely. I do not know where I’d be without this office! I highly recommend it to both new agents and experienced agents looking for a change of pace.

Morgan Stillwell (Keller Williams agent) helped us buy our first home, and we would work with him again in a heartbeat. We were on a tight schedule, and Morgan was there for us every step of the way. Literally. He was there at the beginning, explaining what to do before we had even contacted any banks. He took the time to get to know us and truly understand what we were looking for, while respectfully offering suggestions along the way -- the best example was when he encouraged us to see a home we had completely written off after viewing online... and we absolutely loved it in person. He was there on evenings, weekends, and even the holidays, ready to look at homes on very short notice (we saw 23 total), and efficiently crunching out necessary paperwork at all hours of the day and night. When a contract dispute arose with the first offer, he handled it expertly and efficiently. Cannot recommend his services highly enough. Thanks, Morgan!

My spouse and I can't say enough good things about Jeff Sugrue (and Melinda Schnur) at Keller Williams Realty, Falls Church. Jeff was knowledgeable, accommodating, responsive and above all PATIENT! and all we were doing was looking for a rental. He showed us an endless number of properties over a span of about two months, tolerating all of my pickiness with a smile. We finally settled on a unit, and he then dealt professionally and efficiently with the realtor representing the owner, and got all of our questions answered. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and his team for any real estate transactions you may have. I know we will be back in touch when we are ready to purchase a home.

I had a horrific experience with Keller Williams - Falls Church (both their agent and the realtor-in-charge). Short timeline to sell and I trusted them and their contractors. What I feel I got was:1. They promised to put me in touch with their 'fair priced' contractors, but were late doing so. One failed to respond at all, and the other wanted $1000s of dollars per day. After I complained, they switched to another contractor who they swore 'would give me a good price this time'. So why didn't they offer the fairer-priced guy first? There can only be *one* reason why a realtor who has a fiduciary duty to their client would push the highest-priced contractors on us.2. Hidden fees upon contract signing. RED FLAG! Why do service companies use fees? Because most people avoid confrontation and will sign on the line. They acted like they were doing me a favor by saying 'I'll pay the fee for you".3. When I expressed dissatisfaction and pointed out their violations they went into blame-dodging mode. They made excuses, got snippy and accusatory, professed ignorance, dodged questions, avoided responsibility, tried to end the contract, and stopped communicating entirely.

My wife and I just closed on our first home. Looking back, I was very OCD throughout the buying process and asked many questions. Jeremy was very patient and answered all my questions. Although I thought that I would find out house through online searches and sent Jeremy numerous listings; we ultimately chose a house that Jeremy found and suggested to us. We will definitely use Jeremy in the future!

Jeremy DeBoe at Keller Williams was my agent and he was FANTASTIC!! I moved from Hawaii and with the 6 hour time difference Jeremy found me a AWESOME house in an AWESOME neighborhood, I trusted Jeremy so much that I made an offer sight unseen. He went out of his way to video the house, arranges all of the inspections and made the purchase so easy. Thank you Jeremy, I will recommend Jeremy to every one!!!!!
