Feedback:

Cannot believe how unfair State Farm is being with our roofing claim from Irma. 8 different representatives have contacted us and not one had a clue about our claim. They have valued our claim as low as they possible could and when we have told them that if they have a contractor who will replace our roof for their price to send him over we get no response. One roofer out of everyone in the area responded and gave us an estimate mid range of pricing and State Farm won't even consider it. So now we are stuck with a severely damaged roof indefinitely, and they have valued our house way higher than houses are selling for on our block or in our area to raise our hurricane deductible. I am treating for cancer and having to deal with all this has been upsetting to say the least. State Farm has totally failed as far as I'm concerned.

I went to the office to check rates for my two pickups for an estimate and the receptionist asked so many questions about things that were not related and started type her computer and ignored me! Bad customer service and business!

We called her office on the 3rd of July to have our payment stopped from being taken out of our bank account. Was told no problem at all. Then on the sixth they took out the payment resulting in an over draft and over draft fees. They still have not gotten the issue resolved yet and Kim has never reached out to us we tried on 7/10/2017 to talk to Kim the office would not let us. I texted the listed number to text with no response back. If this issue does not get fixed by before 7/13/2017 there be another over draft fee charged. They have my bank account froze up in the negative just keep getting the run around and nothing from Kim very unprofessional and no apology.

This agents staff does not like to take care of business after 4 ..... afraid they will not get it done in time I guess and not be walking out the door at 5.They have also given me "MIS-INFORMATION" twice. They tell you can do something and then when you try and do it they say they can't and give you reasons they never bothered to tell you before. Every time I have needed help I've had to call the national 800 number .... luckily I can switch agents.

This company can not keep it together. They are either liars or completely incompatent. The false police report against me would suggest the latter. They "lost" my payment information and tried to charge me a late fee at the same time as increasing my rate without warning or reason. When confronted they said my rate went down not up and that I wasn't actually late. Even though my payment was now higher than before. After trying to contact management and failing, I cancelled my policy. 4 days later l get a call from management not to get my business back but to basiclly telling me I'm lying or stupid. I'm short, if you go with this group expect a little bait and switch, unexplainable rate increases, and a little splash of defimation.
