We called her office on the 3rd of July to have our payment stopped from being taken out of our bank account. Was told no problem at all. Then on the sixth they took out the payment resulting in an over draft and over draft fees. They still have not gotten the issue resolved yet and Kim has never reached out to us we tried on 7/10/2017 to talk to Kim the office would not let us. I texted the listed number to text with no response back. If this issue does not get fixed by before 7/13/2017 there be another over draft fee charged. They have my bank account froze up in the negative just keep getting the run around and nothing from Kim very unprofessional and no apology.
