When I purchased a new car, Debbie updated my insurance with Safeco, informed me of my new premium, that I would receive a refund due to the change and that I wouldn't owe anything until renewal in August.In July, I received an overdue payment notice from Safeco, and then learned that my premium was $400 more than Debbie had said. As best as I can tell, they also sent the refund to my ex wife.Debbie calmly and politely explained to me that all of this is working as intended. So...that's nice, I guess.

Bob and Debbie are class acts. They handled a challenging claim with professionalism, honesty and the utmost integrity. I wholeheartedly believe that they both truly care about their customers. This is more than a "job" to them, they take the time to build relationships and trust with their clients. I would recommend them to anyone!

Bob King has been my agent for 25 years. Now that King Insurance is independent, I worked with Debbie to see if she could do better than my State Farm package. She did. Not only did Debbie save me over $300 per year, my coverage is far better. Debbie took the time to walk me through the coverage comparisons, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful. No high pressure sales tactics, just good advice. I highly recommend both Debbie and Bob!
