When I purchased a new car, Debbie updated my insurance with Safeco, informed me of my new premium, that I would receive a refund due to the change and that I wouldn't owe anything until renewal in August.In July, I received an overdue payment notice from Safeco, and then learned that my premium was $400 more than Debbie had said. As best as I can tell, they also sent the refund to my ex wife.Debbie calmly and politely explained to me that all of this is working as intended. So...that's nice, I guess.
