I have never had such a frustrating experience with a company in Miami. I dropped nine shirts off to Kings Bay Athletics to have a school logo embroidered. I requested the employee who took the order, write in front of me on a ticket, the specific thread color instructions, 6 white thread and 3 blue thread and a put rubber band around each group. I went to this trouble because LAST YEAR Kings Bay messed up (error-ed) in the thread color. I also dropped the shirts off to be done before the rush... the second week in July. It is today September 21, two months and one week later and I still have not got all of my shirts. Yes...they did it again. Two shirts were the wrong thread color. To correct this, Kings Bay Athletics, said they would order two shirts and get it done ASAP.Three weeks went by with me calling weekly and they said the shirts had not come in. They offered then for ME to get the shirts again and they would reimburse for them. While I would need to drop them off again, they also promised the correction would only take a few days and would be given priority. I ordered the shirts again (reluctantly) and dropped off the new shirts a week later. A few days turned into more than ten days when they were promised priority. When I went to pick up the shirts again, a day after they were again promised, (I have now been there five times), the person who had picked them up from the embroidery person was on his way they said, then I was told he had been rear ended. They dropped the corrected shirts off to me four hours later but GUESS WHAT!! The new shirts I had bought and brought to them were for the second time done in the wrong color...the correction order was done the same way as before! Their most recent offer two days ago was for the embroidery person to remove the mistake stitching and stitch over it and they would have it back to me in 24 hours. I AM STILL WAITING....Draw your own conclusions from the story but this company needs to regroup--its management needs training in customer service and follow-up and as a steward of Kings Bay Athletics, set an example of honesty and integrity for the young men who work in this store. I will never give them my business again.

Worked with them on 2 different custom graphic sublimation orders. The quality was just average the first time around color came in too light and they printed a graphic with vinyl that was too small so letters did not print out correctly-not to mention the order came in so slow I had to wait 3 weeks. The second time in working with another person on more shirts to give them a second chance because I believe in second chances-I have now had to wait almost 4 weeks for 4 shirts to be printed and they blamed the printing company on the delay. I have decided to take my business elsewhere next time around not so much due to quality of print issues but because the delay is simply not worth it especially for sublimation prints. The Vinyl heat press prints came out great first time around so I do recommend using them for that type of printing and its usually a lot quicker!

I'm honestly surprised ANYONE has anything bad to say about this place!! I've used them on several occasions and Kings Bay has been nothing but courteous. From simple t-shirts to uniforms, I've been happy with the way that their operation is run. The staff is attentive and easy to work with and the Manager, Richard, is super accommodating to my design needs. I recommend them strongly to whoever I know needs apparel and I'd like to highlight the associates, like Anthony, Nate and Alex, that have helped me in the past because they have always paid special attention to my deadlines.

We ordered a shirt for my son for a dance competition he was in back in December. Our shirt never showed up to the competiton and we were told that a number of orders were missing but not to worry because they'd mail our order to us. I was okay with it as we got our order in at the VERY last minute. However, 2 1/2 months later we are still waiting! Nobody as returned calls or emails regarding our order. But they were sure happy to take my money weren't they!? DO NOT order from this company!!
