I have never had such a frustrating experience with a company in Miami. I dropped nine shirts off to Kings Bay Athletics to have a school logo embroidered. I requested the employee who took the order, write in front of me on a ticket, the specific thread color instructions, 6 white thread and 3 blue thread and a put rubber band around each group. I went to this trouble because LAST YEAR Kings Bay messed up (error-ed) in the thread color. I also dropped the shirts off to be done before the rush... the second week in July. It is today September 21, two months and one week later and I still have not got all of my shirts. Yes...they did it again. Two shirts were the wrong thread color. To correct this, Kings Bay Athletics, said they would order two shirts and get it done ASAP.Three weeks went by with me calling weekly and they said the shirts had not come in. They offered then for ME to get the shirts again and they would reimburse for them. While I would need to drop them off again, they also promised the correction would only take a few days and would be given priority. I ordered the shirts again (reluctantly) and dropped off the new shirts a week later. A few days turned into more than ten days when they were promised priority. When I went to pick up the shirts again, a day after they were again promised, (I have now been there five times), the person who had picked them up from the embroidery person was on his way they said, then I was told he had been rear ended. They dropped the corrected shirts off to me four hours later but GUESS WHAT!! The new shirts I had bought and brought to them were for the second time done in the wrong color...the correction order was done the same way as before! Their most recent offer two days ago was for the embroidery person to remove the mistake stitching and stitch over it and they would have it back to me in 24 hours. I AM STILL WAITING....Draw your own conclusions from the story but this company needs to regroup--its management needs training in customer service and follow-up and as a steward of Kings Bay Athletics, set an example of honesty and integrity for the young men who work in this store. I will never give them my business again.
