Feedback:

Absolutely horrible internet service and company. I paid over $150 for internet for one week! The service would always buffer and wouldn’t stay connected. They claimed I could work from home, mind you, I purchased their most expensive package, and it couldn’t get an outside connection to remote access. They never returned calls and weren’t willing to compensate for any of the issues during that weeks time. When you return the router, it’s on your dime, not theirs. Horrible service and a horrible company. I would highly recommend taking these reviews seriously. Learn from my mistake.

Shockingly terrible. Here's the extent of the tech support: "Unplug router, replug it back in. Thanks and talk to you tomorrow!"I am paying the same amount that some for people pay for gigabit services and this works about half the time. I've lost count on how many times I've called in. The latest recommendation... they think it is reasonable to run LAN line cabling across my house to the router to get sufficient connection. SMH

Our internet was decent but what really made me mad was after I called to cancel my service to due moving out of state, they promptly charged my account $149 for “unreturned equipment”. They said it was no problem if I mailed it in, gave me the address, and said they would be out to get the outside equipment. They didn’t even give me a day to get the equipment back to them. They need to TELL customers if they are going to add these charges, I had no idea this would be charged on my account. After the stress of moving and all the expenses thank you for making my day extra stressful!! I had better get every penny back, what bad communication and business!!Update...been almost 2 weeks and still have not received a refund.

Really shady company and if there were an option for 0 stars I would have selected it. I only wish I would have looked at these reviews before I trusted Kwikom. After multiple outages in just a few months with them I cancelled my services on 08/15. I was told that they allow for no refunds. When I expressed that I only cancelled because of their lack of service (technically they breached the terms of the service agreement) I was again told I would not be refunded with the explanation that "if we make an exception for you, we would have to do refunds for everybody!" Here's an idea, provide the service you promise and people won't cancel! The person I spoke with there (Shannon) could not have been any more rude to me, and proceeded to hang up on me. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. As of today (8/20) their equipment is still at my house. Come and get it Kwikom! PS - Also, I had a tech issue my 2nd week with them. Called their weekend "support". Was promised a call back the following Monday. Received the call on Wednesday--THE FOLLOWING WEEK! Using Go Brolly now and have been very satisfied with them! *UPDATED TO ADD THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN DOWN THE REVIEWS ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE SO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS DON'T SHOW UP. THEY ALSO BLOCK ANYONE WHO POSTS ABOUT SERVICE OUTAGES. Things that make you go hmmmmmm.... EDITED after owner response below: This looks to be the only way I can respond to you so I will do so here. Thank you for the response. As someone who has been a CPA and business owner for more than 25 years I can more than appreciate maintaining company policies. However, if a company has not delivered what it has promised, (and what the terms of the service agreement outline) the customer should be made whole and both parties should part amicably which is exactly what I attempted to do last week when I called the first time. That is just the right thing to do and good business. I would love to talk to Zachery Peres. I left him a voicemail with my contact information after Shannon hung up on me twice. If for whatever reason Mr. Peres did not receive my voicemail, you have my account information there so feel free to use that phone number. For now, I will refrain from making any more comments here as I trust this can be resolved with a simple call from Mr. Peres. Looking forward to talking with you soon.

I have had problems on the first week of having this service. I only have had this service now a month. My internet is always going up and down. Go hours with no service. The phone line is also a problem. RIGHT now the phone is down again. I will give the service another week and mostly will go with another service provider. Do not have this service as your provider.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. They wanted to be paid the same day as instalainstaion, which would have been no big deal if I was told this. They told me that I was a liar when I told them I was never informed about the upfront cost and they were unwilling to work with and very rude. I get a call from them telling me they couldn't make it til Tuesday, after I was told they would put me on the schedule for Friday. A month later I get a charge on my card for 65 dollars after I did not even go with them. Again I called and was told it was a rescheduling fee. Which again I was no made aware of, and again told I was lieing and that their records show this. Again they we're very rude about trying to get my money back. This is a poorly based company, no ethics, and calling their prospective customers liars. Very very unprofessional. If there were negitive stars they would get them! Centerylink I have had nothing but great help and very professionalism is would highly recommend them!!

I see all the negative reviews about service and speed issues and its simply not true. Yes, if you live in town there are better options but kwikom is perfect for people living in the country with no other options but satellite. Compared to other radio based internet services they are the best in our area. We tried GoBrolly, Pixius and Midwest connections and were let down but all of them and gave up on internet at our location until Kiwkom came to town. By far the best deal for radio net we've found and reliable service! (we stream all our t.v. and play fps games with no issues.)

If you like paying $65/month for 10 mbps and receiving less than 1 mbps, which is slower than dial up, then Kwikom is the company for you! See my pictures for evidence. If you like calling customer service once a week to address this issue then sign up today with Kwikom! If you like customer service agents trying to upsell you while you tell them that once again the internet isn't working, oh, and being told that speedtests are incorrect and that the issue is obviously just our computers, phones, and xbox that are incorrect, than have you come to the right place!

Switched from Kansas Broadband to Kwikom 2 months ago. It saved us over $50 a month and it’s more than twice as fast. Wife works from home and loves it. I would recommend it for anyone around the Forbes area if you can’t get traditional internet service. Service and installation was fast.
