Okay I normally never give bad reviews because I know its detrimental to business, but this experience I am really riled up over. I came in with the simple task of becoming a new member here and they needed ID with a current address. I Told them I didn't have the current address on my ID but I have a recent bill online in pdf form that I can show them to prove my current address. Problem was, I could not pull it up on my phone due to lack of connection. It seemed to be a common issue in that area. I tried going outside for better connection to load it but no luck. So I asked them if I could connect to the wifi for a minute so I could pull up the document that they need. The first front desk lady said she couldn't do it because I was not a current library member, the second staff member wasn't interested in talking to me, and the third staff member looking just as clueless trying to sign me up for something I didn't even want. It took 4 people and 35minutes. The fourth person, the wonderful Raquel, led me to the computer, logged in, quickly let me access the wifi and allowed me to print the document I needed. It took less than 5 minutes when she came. I was dumbfounded at the lack of professionalism, common sense and plain rudeness of the other three. After I said thank you they just glared with no response. May you never have this experience; go find Raquel and save yourself 30 minutes and a headache.
